Very random fact: The letter "M" is my least favorite capital letter of the alphabet to write.
Which might make the whole calligraphying-our-invites-myself thing a little, well, painful! There are a guaranteed minimum of 2 capital Ms per envelope.
I could decide to go all lower case, which is how I often write (unless, of course, it is a formal document. My resume is not in all lowercase, I promise!). But too informal for wedding invitations? Hmmm...
Just a (very random) thought.
I googled, "the letter m, sesame street" because it was my first thought when I started typing this post. The above image was one of the first to come up. Perfect.
I am obviously delirious and need some sleep!

as someone who's first name starts with 'm' (so i'm sort of stuck forever writing an m), i've got a couple of different ways i write it when monogramming, signing, etc. that i can show you if you want! :)
I hear you! I can't imagine how frustrating that might be! I'm sure you want them to look perfect too! Keep it up, it will be worth it in the end :)
OMG I JUST TOLD Bartell that if I get married i'm outsourcing all my save the dates/invites to you- paid of course. but i am dying for your hand writing. Exactly how my thank you card was, nothing fancier. JUST SO ME!!!! so jealous. you really have a talent. and i'm shocked for someone with an M last name I'm shocked you don't love "M"!
